We are delighted to be working with an established client based conveniently in Uckfield who are seeking a Quality Coordinator to oversee the full returns process, as well as monitor the inspection process of all manufactured products. This will be a busy role reporting to the Quality, Environment and Continuous Improvement Manager, and manage the development and compliance of quality assurance standards and procedures in line with ISO9001 & ISO14001. Role will also include:
Inspect, reporting and monitor of all QA testing
Investigate and report on all returns, following through until replacements/credits are issued
Tracking KPIs
Provide quality support to other departments where required

The Package

£23,000 - £28,000 p/a

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:45pm (3:15pm finish on a Friday)

24 days annual leave + bank holidays

Discretionary bonus scheme

Uckfield
