Concierge

We require a **Concierge** to start in London (Acton) for a **Permanent Contract **working for a leading property management business on one of their development sites in London. We are searching for a concierge who will have principal responsibility for the front of house customer service routines associated with the development/s, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided, commensurate with the requirements of any management contract, lease/s, service level of agreement or otherwise. **Salary: £28,000 - £29000 per annum depending on experience**
**Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire**
**Shift Type: Monday - Friday (7 PM to 7 AM) NIGHTS (4 days on 4 days off)**

- Answer the phone politely with positive energy
- Respond to complaints or concerns and find the appropriate solution. Seeking the support of your wider team member as appropriate.
- Be empathetic in relation to our customers’ requests, queries, or concerns
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Experience as a concierge or a customer facing role
- Good Microsoft Office skills and IT skills
- Good knowledge and experience using CRM systems for bookings, audit, saving customers etc.
- Good leadership and communication skills
