Senior Java Developer

The world's leading recruitment company that specialises in the STEM market is looking to grow their team of software specialists, as they experience a period of change through an update of their digital front.

You will be responsible for re-shaping how the organisation progress with the handling of all of their digital activities, as well as having the autonomy to suggest how the organisation should progress on their tech-front. The company is going through ahuge transformation project where they are looking to scale and automate their system.

The role presents an opportunity for a rare blend between the security of a FTSE 250 company, as well as bringing the start up feel of having the ability to put your own stamp on the technical aspects of the business. The software specialist that joins theteam will play a critical role in the growth of the company, as this is seen a key component of scaling up the business.

Being a market leader in the recruitment space, this company understands the importance of placing a high value on it's employee's and places a high level of importance on their employee's work-life balance. They offer full flexibility on remote working,with the expectation of only 1 day in the office a month but you have the flexibility to come into the office as much as you like.
