We are searching for a talented Animator and Graphic Designer who has up-to-date knowledge of motion graphics and digital design best practices. You will be required to interpret the needs of the business and its clients, to design solutions with a highvisual impact that are optimised for the digital environment.

Working within the Marketing department, you will sit in a team of 5 other Designers specialising in print, video, and coding to name a few. But you will also work collaboratively with Client Services, Events, and the Delivery team to produce campaigns thatour clients rave about. One of the most rewarding parts is that you will see a project through from start to finish, beginning with concept work through to the launch assets.

As a department of 25 people, you’ll never be lonely. Not to toot our own horn but we’re a great bunch that loves a natter over a cup of coffee and we always have snacks readily available. If you’re a baker, that’s a brownie point for you already.

Key Duties:

- Work as part of the Design team, taking lead from the Digital Design Manager, alongside the rest of the Marketing team.
- Creating high quality videos and animations to support key vendor campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Use the latest digital thinking to work up original and creative design ideas that will operate effectively across digital platforms.
- Working to digital design briefs, understanding requirements and internal needs, and showing an ability to solve problems effectively and creatively.
- Develop new design concepts, graphics, templates, wireframes, and layouts, as well as iconography for animations, videos, and infographics.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Motion Graphics/Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Premiere Pro, as well as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator etc.
- A strong portfolio of animated and digital work, displaying your motion graphic capabilities as well as strong design eye.
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality, with a strong grounding in branding, iconography, typography and more.
- Ability to work to a brief and communicate effectively within the Marketing team and across the wider business. And proficient in meeting commitments to time, costs and deadlines.
- Knowledge of best practices and principles in producing design work across all channels.

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

- Video production, editing and marketing.
- Experience of other animation in Adobe Animate or similar.

**Please note, full-time remote working is not available for this role. It will be based at our head office in Diss, Norfolk, with a flexible hybrid working from home opportunity available, once the probationary period has been successfully completed. Ourhybrid working approach allows employees to work three days from the office and two days from home if they wish to do so.
