Junior/Trainee Sales Negotiator

Busy High Street estate agency established for over 30 years are currently looking for an trainee Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team, to take advantage of the excellent growth opportunities in the property market.

As a sales negotiator working with this fantastic business you will:

- Business Generation - Vendors
- Register potential purchasers
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Liaise and negotiate between vendors and purchasers
- Close deals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors and buyers
- Manage and complete the sale from beginning to end

As a property and sales negotiator you will be well spoken and a confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You will also:

- Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Full and clean UK driving license

In reward for joining this dynamic and busy team you will receive a basic salary of depending on previous sales experience with an uncapped and excellent commission structure. You will also be working with leading professional with expert knowledge in the field that you can learn develop from a on a daily and ongoing basis.

This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to work on Saturdays with a half day off each week or one day every other week. You must drive and be a car owner.
