**College Administrator (Apprenticeships Department)**:

- **Location**: Ellesmere Port
- **Salary**: £25-28k p/a depending on experience
- **Type**: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Ellesmere Port.

**Role Purpose**
- To support the College in achieving its strategic aims and objectives through the implementation, monitoring, and administration with the Apprenticeship department.

**Main Duties**
- Support the Apprenticeship team in the management and coordination of projects.
- Support the development and delivery of new innovative projects and programmes.
- Implement a robust monitoring framework to ensure the projects are monitored and managed centrally.
- Ensure that accurate audit trails and accounting procedures are followed for all projects.
- Gather information and data to support the preparation of accurate and timely claims to funding agencies.
- To liaise with various teams and departments across the College to obtain monthly progress updates against KPIs and outcomes.
- Undertake other duties supporting the Bids Project Manager as required, including attending meetings with stakeholders and operational teams.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent level of digital literacy
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
