Castle Employment Group are working exclusively with an award-winning working farm that offers a wide range of cottages, glamping and camping accommodation. Humble Bee Farm is based in Flixton on the outskirts of Scarborough and offers amazing on-site experiences such as Lambing, Halloween and Christmas events as well as having their own on-site café bar.

**As Site Supervisor your responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the cleaning of cottages, glamping pods and all accommodation on site and sea front apartment in Filey.
- Managing a team of up to 6 housekeepers including training of new starters
- Undertaking checks on all the accommodation before guest arrivals
- Planning the daily routines of the housekeepers
- Overseeing the laundry, rotations, and stock implementations for the accommodation
- Reporting maintenance issues across the property
- Management of COSHH, HACCP and Health and Safety
- Hands on support for the accommodation team when required.
- Supporting the wider business in general with events, catering & reception
- Work alongside the business owners in the development of new ideas for the business

**What we are looking for in a Site Supervisor**:

- Previous experience within hospitality
- Staff management experience
- High levels of communication
- Comfortable with outdoor & lone working
- Great understanding of the local area
- Access to your own transport
- Reliability and punctuality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
