**Office Assistant/Barista**

Responsible for making coffees, ordering stock, and general office administration tasks as well as assisting the HR Team with ad hoc tasks.

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm with a 45-minute break

**Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)**
- Preparing and serving coffee
- Assisting with internal staff correspondence
- Ordering stock for kitchen and office supplies
- Organising and distributing Anniversary and Birthday gifts
- Providing ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events

**Skills and experience**
- Barista experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
