An urgent full time temporary role as a Recruitment Assessor. The role requires excellent communication skills, listening skills and good note taking. This is a 6-month temporary role, so requires commitment for 6 months. Hybrid can work 1 day per week at the office in Manchester.

**Job Profile**:
Recruitment Assessor

**Responsibilities include**:

- Working to assess/interview potential Customer Service Advisors within a healthcare environment
- Taking them through the stages of interview, including a screening call and an interview
- Note taking and listening are two essential elements of this role

**Key skills and experience**:

- Good communication and listening skills
- Recruitment or Assessor experience is essential
- Good written and verbal English
- Knowledge of systems such as Outlook office and Microsoft teams is essential

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 9am -5pm with one late shift per week being 11am - 7pm

**Salary**: £158.57 - £181.63 per day (dependent on experience)

**Location**:Salford Quays, Manchester
