Lettings Administrator/negotiator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Pennell & Partners Estate Agents. Established in 2005 Pennell & Partners are one of Peterborough’s leading independent Estate Agents and we are looking for a Lettings Property Administrator & Consultant required to work within our busy town centre office in Whittlesey. This is a full-time position, hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in leiu midweek). Salary dependent on experience. Experience within lettings is not essential as full training will be given. The role is office & field based and would suit an applicant looking to work within a busy environment.

You would be providing administrative support to the manager by undertaking a full range of tasks including:

- managing property enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings
- administering legal compliance
- managing property maintenance
- property inspections
- completing inventories and check-outs

You will need to have:

- a car
- excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and customer focused service
- good computer skills
- a good sense of humour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
