Cocktail Bartender

Lane 15 is one of the newest venues in Moray offering premium cocktails and alcoholic beverages. Having undergone a major refurbishment and extension, the bar offers one of the biggest social hubs in the area. Complete with extensive and successful outdoor area - the venue is bustling and will continue to be brought through a series of improvements with the implementation of live music, party packages and furthering of our range of drinks.

Whilst Lane 15 is made up of a bigger venue including 10-Pin bowling, food and beverage continue to account for the biggest part of the sites income and we require experienced cocktail and bar tenders to help us continue our story, journey and success.

**Bartender/Mixologist Job Duties**:

- Mixing cocktails and drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including alcohol, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
- Taking drinks orders from customers or waiting staff and serving drinks as requested, paying particular attention to detail
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests
- Collecting payment for drinks served
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, beer garden, bowling lanes, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Advising of stock orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies to supervisor/management.
- Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
- Creating unique drinks
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour
