**HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR**

Crown Supplies are a leading provider of outsourced housekeeping services to a number of Hotel and Resort operators in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our new Resort contract in Devon.

**Location**:Woodford Bridge Country Club, Holsworthy, Devon - operated by Hilton Grand Vacations.

**HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR**

Our Housekeeping Supervisor is a role supporting the wider team on the resort. This role has full accountability to the Housekeeping manager and has a dedicated focus on job assignment and accommodation standards.

Working alongside the Housekeeping Manager, this role will involve leading a large team of Housekeeping staff. Whilst maintaining our high standards and levels of cleanliness, in this role you’ll be responsible for the cleanliness of accommodation, staff resourcing on the day, accommodation checks before lets and maintaining accurate records submitted to deadlines alongside the Housekeeping Managers system. Our Housekeeping Supervisor needs to be confident, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate. To be successful in the role you will need to also be adaptable and flexible, pay attention to detail, and be physically fit.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping environment (Holiday Parks / Hotels)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals (COSHH), manual handling etc
- Excellent I.T skills in Excel and Word along with personal organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- Leadership skills to motivate and supervise your team on the day
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
