**Be part of our Communications and Engagement team**

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals with great people skills to join our Communications and Engagement team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys meeting and helping others to join a team who are passionate about delivering a high-level of service to all our stakeholders.

As a Front of House Assistant, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to carry out reception duties, general office duties and deal with incoming and outgoing post. You will carry out a variety of tasks, from helping organise large meetings in our conference rooms and arranging catering, to assisting with facilities issues and building security.

You will need to work closely with your manager and team colleagues to deliver an excellent and professional service to all our stakeholders. You will need to work well with other people as well as independently and be able to manage your time effectively.

It is important that we have early morning and evening cover in place, therefore there are two Front of House Assistant posts available, one post with a starting time of 7am, and one post with a finish time of 6pm.
