Hours of Work Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30

Working within a busy and fast paced environment you will be required to utilise your excellent listening and communication skills whilst also demonstrating the ability to obtain clear and concise information and details relating to the query at hand.
- Answering high volume inbound calls from Insurance Companies, Policy Holders / Home Owners and Engineers you will be taking accurate policy details and confidential details whilst ensuring you Data Protection
- Responsible for the administration and management of client instructions.
- Planning removal teams and preparing all site specific documentation
- Support with scheduling of engineers
- Input data onto database
- Provide data for statistical analysis
- Completing objectives and KPI's
- Processing of invoices and paperwork

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous customer services experience, ideally gained from a the utilities, facilities or service providing industry (however this is not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team

Applicants must have a proven background in inbound customer service and scheduling.
