We have a fantastic opportunity for a Stock Team Leader who will be is responsible for the effective management of a small team of Stock Controllers and Collections Operatives.

The role is office based, Monday to Friday at Sumner House in Leyland. Flexi time is offered and some travel within the working day may be required.

- An interest and working knowledge of data collection, reports and stock systems.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

This role has a number of core objectives including (not limited to):

- Ensure management of the team is followed to ensure that the team are managed in line with all Group policies and procedures.
- Prepare and compile statistical information required for the Progress Lifeline service for internal reports and corporate client reports and external agencies.
- Produce and analyse regular reports to demonstrate the achievement of the service levels and the monitoring of work flows within the team for effective resource management.
- Be aware of new equipment that has been introduced to the market and support implementation within the team.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Progress Lifeline and Telecare products
- Process all returned collections and identify faulty equipment to be returned to each manufacturer and update all in house computer systems.
- Monitor stock levels for the Progress Lifeline and Telecare and placing orders with each manufacturer and monitoring delivery to ensure all equipment is received.
- Create, review and deliver procedures to the team.
- Manage the team day to day, ensuring compliance with procedures and that targets are met.
- Managing the team to ensure a cohesive and positive attitude is maintained.
