**Job description**

Customer service/Admin Support - Contract Kitchens £22-25K

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday - Head Office Based in Hartlebury

This role would also involve supporting in the customer care side of the business which would also include logging of jobs and booking in of works with homeowners.

Person would ideally have experience within the Contract Kitchens industry or similar.

**Job Role**

To Include but not exclusive to

Working Closely with their contracts manager to support them with internal queries

Consistently provide excellent level of customer service

Maintain and develop professional relationships within the business and our customer base

Understand the needs of the customer base and helping to achieve target deadlines

To support the contracts manager with Plot/Site queries in a fast-paced industry

To process and feedback information to Contracts manager and Customer Care Manager

Logging correspondence

Dealing with customer enquiries

Call handling

Updating relevant databases and files

**About You**:

- General administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner
- Able to work in a team
- Passionate about providing the best customer service
- Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work using their own initiative
- Problem solving and logístical awareness
- Exceptionally organised with good ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- GCSE C or above or equivalent in Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
