Agile Delivery Lead

**Hybrid - Home working with weekly travel into our Bradford office**

**Full Time - 37.5 hours per week**

**Job Overview**:
You will be embedded in the agile delivery team working alongside BA’s, Developers, Testers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers to ensure requirements become well defined stories that are applied to a specific products backlog and then ensure these are delivered based on the product owners’ prioritization through an interactive process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake the scrum master role for assigned products or projects ensuring agile practices as defined in Anchor are being followed and working within the wider IT team to remove impediments to delivery.
- Schedule, host and actively participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retros.
- Work with the project managers and BA’s to associate stories to Epics and Features and to tie these to project milestones
- Ensure all stories are fully documented and meet the definition of ready. Ensure stories cover business requirements, technical tasks, success criteria and test cases. Where required write the user stories in Azure DevOps with assistance from other team members.
- Maintain the backlog of assigned products in Azure DevOps
- Facilitate communication between the BA, Dev and Testing teams.
- Assist DevOps manager in the creation and delivery of KPI reports for agile delivery

**About you**:
**Experience**:

- Working with product and agile technology delivery teams, an understanding of iterative development and agile ways of working. (Specifically SCRUM)
- Experience working in a delivery or testing team.

Knowledge:

- Hands on analysis experience in technology projects, problem-solving skills, and a passion to learn.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to write good user stories and acceptance criteria, using various techniques and tools such as Azure DevOps
- Hands on experience running and working on Agile projects

Communication:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at various levels.

Problem-Solving:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear understanding of what is important to deliver customer facing products.

Qualifications:

- Relevant Agile qualification
