You could be attending anything from the birth of a new baby, to a Road Traffic Collision or assisting someone who has fallen over in their home. Operating in a wide range of environments across the South West with the support and assistance of our front-line clinical teams, you could be the person saving and making a difference to people’s lives.
No previous medical experience is required to apply, as in this role you will receive high quality clinical and driving training to prepare you for the incidents you will attend. The driving training will provide you with a recognised Emergency Response Advanced Driving qualification.
This role will require you to work across a variety of shifts patterns, with enhancements for unsocial hours under Section 2 of Agenda for Change. This could be the start of your new career within the Ambulance Service with a wide variety of progression opportunities available. This includes pathways to becoming a Paramedic.

- Group discussion
- Group Task -Team building exercise
