THE ROLE:
The Office Lead will oversee and direct day-to-day activities for the Berners Street office creating an environment where people and teams thrive. As the ‘face’ of Beauty the role holder will be the first point of contact for visitors responsible for ensuring they have a smooth and memorable visit.

The role holder will oversee the office budget alongside the maintenance and health and safety compliance of the office and will be responsible for facilitating smooth interactions between Beauty and the rest of the Group. Responsible for contract review, and renewal.

Accountabilities:

- Office leadership - Be a core part of creating a positive and engaging environment with strong workplace pull for all Beauty employees
- Front of house - As the face of the Beauty business be a visible, constant, and reassuring presence in the office
- External visitors - Create a memorable first-class experience for all visitors to Berners Street
- Office environment - Take pride in the office environment ensuring it reflects the quality and high standards of our Beauty brands
- Contract management and renewal
- Manage office booking system
- Manage the Building Management Team
- Office supplies - Ensure office is well stocked with stationary, beverages and snacks
- Storage and product stock - Manage the office storage space and brand product stock ensuring storage space is tidy and use space efficiently.
- General office upkeep & maintenance
- Health and safety day-to-day management (with Manchester support) and implementation
- Onboarding new starters - Office tour/health and safety induction
- Support Business Coordinator with office events including Beauty Buzz and brand events
- Admin support for the office
- Sustainability - Align our purchasing and usage with our B-Corp ambitions
- US - Manage internal orders, travel & accommodation for visits to the US office

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

- Experience operating as an Office Lead for a busy and fast-paced environment
- Experience within office / facilities management is desirable
- Strong customer service approach to office management
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and engaging
- Computer literacy is essential
- Pragmatic and task oriented
