MPhil in Biological Sciences Programmes Administrator

You will become part of a supportive team based in the School's Postgraduate Office reporting directly to the MPhil Programme Co-ordinator. The role will involve administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the systems and processes needed for the successful delivery of this degree programme.

Training will be given but you will need to be enthusiastic about learning how to use a range of non-standard software. In addition, you will need excellent communication skills to deal with a wide range of people including applicants, students, Pathway Course Directors and staff in departments and institutes across the University. You will also need to be able to prioritise your own workload and work effectively on your own as well as within the wider team.
