**About the Role**:
As a Transport Co-ordinator, you will have both daily operational responsibilities relating to on time ship and on time delivery performance, which will involve liaising with internal as well as external stakeholders. You will also be a key player in implementing and continuously improving of our service level to the customers.

**What You Will Do**:
On a daily operational basis you will be:

- The local go-to person for any related transport issues
- Manage non-conformities relating to our processes, systems, carrier service, and master data
- Solve issues on a daily basis in a collaborative way with our hauliers, customer services and transport planning
- Daily coordination with warehouses, supply services and with Customer Service
- Keep up to date records on track and trace for delivery
- Good attention to detail to be able to identify data issues
- Play a key role in the implementation and service improvement process

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience in a transport related role
- Experience of dealing with operational queries regarding late deliveries
- Solutions focused mindset, with proven ability to develop processes and systems that are customer-focused
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst working to KPIs
- Proactive approach to dealing with issues
- Comfortable using IT systems
