- Ethanol Trading Green Fuels Desk**Main Responsibilities**
- Take trading positions in mandated market in support of the commercial objectives
- Support trading and portfolio optimisation strategy and developments
- Providing commodities prices benchmark and market models to the whole company
- Cooperate with the wider commercial team to advance the commercial objectives
- Give input to and actively support the advancement of wider commercial development
- Optimise and leverage Group Hedging orders and flow of information

**Experience required**
- 5 year experience in European physicals Ethanol and futures trading. In a Proprietary and flow trading environment, preferable.
- Must have substantial experience in a Trader role (or similar) in an energy trading environment
- Demonstrable strong track record in trading (with own trading book)
- Experience in building/managing teams of traders, preferable
- The ability to demonstrate a solid approach to risk management and risk control

**Technical requirements**
- Graduate qualification in an analytically based discipline e.g. finance/science/engineering/maths or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong programming skills
- Fluent English is essential, other European languages are beneficial
- Must be familiar with a range of trading systems
- Must be familiar with a range of trading platforms
- Must be familiar with Bio fuel sustainability systems
- Must be familiar with operations, logistics
- High-level risk control and risk management skills/experience
