As a Team Leader you will have responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens, excellent customer service and managing the business in absence of the General Manager or the Assistant Manager as well as developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Managing a small Team
- Ensuring all guests leave with a smile and adhering to all mystery guest measures
- Managing the business while working in a busy Restaurant or running a busy Bar
- Ensuring all Team members have completed company training
- Cash handling and opening and closing the business
- Completion of company paperwork.
- Hosting and seating our guests

**WHAT DO I NEED?**
- Some Restaurant/Bar is essentional along some managment expereince. Full training will be provided.
- Must be over 18 and have a driving licence

**Salary**: £10.75-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 46 per week
