Technical Director (Solar & Heat Pumps)
This role can support Hybrid working but office based work will be in Hertfordshire
There will be some travel Nationally due to the nature of the projects
Circa £80,000 + Bonus Scheme (OTE £100k) + Share Options Scheme + Company Vehicle
Are you from background in Solar PV and Heat Pump projects looking for a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role with a rapidly growing company that are going from strength to strength?
On offer is the chance to be the go to Technical contact in the business for my client who have ambitious plans to be the number one renewables company in the UK.
They are specialists across Solar PV and Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps projects and they are looking for Technical Director to get on board to help and lead the engineering team.
This role would suit someone with Commercial and Domestic experience across Solar and Heat Pump projects who can lead Designers and an Engineering team to keep the standards high for the company helping them build their already excellent reputation.
The Role:
- Be the go to Technical point of contact and oversee anything regarding the Technical output for a range of Commercial and Domestic Solar PV and Heat Pumps projects
- Leading designers to ensure that all projects are as successful as possible and tailored to each customer
- You may also assist in Business pitches to potential clients to be the go to for any Technical questions
- Most of the work will be carried from home or in the office but there will be a requirement to travel nationally on occasions due to the nature of the projects
The Person:
- Must have strong leadership experience and you will ideally have a relevant qualification within Renewables
- Must have Solar PV and Heat Pumps experience
- Must have Solar PV design experience as you will be leading a small Design team
- Ambitious and looking to grow an organisation at speed
