Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and time served Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading manufacturing company.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and support a small maintenance team in carrying out planned and reactive breakdowns on equipment on site (working with pumps, centrifugal, pipework, PD, vessel inspections).
The team reporting into you consists of a mix of both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers and you will also work closely with a number of skilled operators who also support with basic/routine maintenance tasks.
The business are a leader within their field, supplying to a wide range of industries, and are looking for individuals that can offer good long term commitment.
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can demonstrate the following:

- Experience working as al Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Has a solid multi-skilled engineering background.
- Strong hands on engineering experience
- Time Served with good engineering qualifications.
- Experience leading and supervising small engineering teams
- Has worked with Computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
This is a days based role working between Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm.
