**This Opportunity**

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, proactive and experienced sales person to join our friendly team based in Glossop selling a wide range of vocational qualifications to the Construction Industry.

**Overview**

Are you a persuasive sales person looking for a new, rewarding role in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a new team member to join our company which is focused on developing business with new clients and maximising opportunities with existing clients, offering a wide range of NVQ Qualifications, Study Programs, Traineeships and Apprenticeships.

**Main Duties**

As a persuasive sales professional you will have strong communication skills and be able to generate new business opportunities through various mediums, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Construction industry knowledge is an advantages, but not essential.

**Qualities**
- You must have proactive sales experience and be able to evidence your success
- Have experience in outbound sales calls
- Be target driven and keen to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels
- Be curious, energetic and positive in your approach
- High level communication skills - both verbal and written
- Able to execute projects at speed
- Able to work to tight project time lines

**Experience**
- Outbound sales experience - cold calling, dormant clients etc
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Meeting and achieving sales targets

**Skills you will bring**
- Tenacity and motivation
- Able to think outside the box
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Professional telephone manner
- Proven experience of proactive sales role

**Benefits Package**

In addition to a competitive starting salary (£22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience), we offer an enhanced contribution Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, and travel expenses. And crucially, for the right applicant, BCTG Group can offer rapid progression opportunities into a range of roles.

- 8 hour shift
