**Team Educate are proud to represent an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Secondary provision in central Birmingham who are looking to appoint passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, and Specific Learning Difficulties.**
The role of Teaching Assistant is tailor-made for individuals who possess a strong desire and heartfelt dedication to nurturing the potential of all learners within the classroom. Experience working with young people previously is beneficial for this role
- ideally, you will have experience supporting pupils at secondary age (11-19) with varying needs and abilities, including SEND and behavioural difficulties. If you have a relevant qualification - even better
**The role of a Teaching Assistant**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an integral role in providing tailored support to pupils, ensuring they receive the finest education and the tools needed for personal growth. Collaborating closely with class teachers, you'll contribute to fostering a supportive teaching environment, allowing each pupil to thrive in their lessons. Your experience will mean that you can work closely with children with mínimal supervision and will have the ability to take the lead in ensuring academic and behavioural development.

**Successful Teaching Assistants should have**:
- A proactive attitude coupled with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Previous experience of working with/supporting the varying needs of young learners, including ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs.

If you have a friend who may be interested in joining us? We offer £75 for every Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply).
**Salary**: £110.00 per day
