**About us**

Falcon House is a 26-bed residential care home for elderly in Little Hallingburry. Our philosophy of care revolves around individuals. With a reputation for providing excellent care in a safe and homely environment, we always strive to afford residents the comfort, privacy, and dignity that they deserve.

We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and help maintain our facilities. We currently employ a handyman and we're looking for someone who can help on a part-time basis and to cover annual leave when needed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and has a strong attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Repair and maintain minor plumbing faults.
- Repair and maintain minor electrical faults.
- Perform carpentry work such as installing doors, windows, and trim.
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and other minor construction tasks.
- Inspect buildings for safety hazards and make necessary repairs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
