Are you a hardworking individual with good communication skills and technical knowledge looking to join an established yet growing business in North Bristol?

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Helpdesk Agent to join the team. You will be supporting technical roll out projects and resolving issues and queries.

**As a helpdesk analyst you will be responsible for**:

- Resolving all managed service customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Working with teams across the business to resolve issues
- Managing the ticketing systems to ensure it is up-to-date in real time
- Improving processes and support their fantastic working environment
- Ad hoc projects and technical tasks

**You will have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in a helpdesk/1st line position
- Confident communication skills both verbally and written
- Interest in technology with basic knowledge and understanding
- Able to prioritise and work independently as well as part of a team
