**Key Responsibilities will include: -**
- Ownership and management of the site training matrix and delivery against the requirements identified.
- Liaise with all department heads to confirm requirements for individual compliance training programmes.
- Design training programmes and assist the site teams with identifying training needs for all employees.
- Create new and exciting ways for delivering key elements of training for the site that encourage team engagement.
- Create methods of communicating training programme continuous improvement and progress with all levels of the business.
- To assess training progress at an operational level and provide support with alignment and delivery where needed.
- Updating and maintaining the site matrix and ensure gaps are highlighted and filled.
- Take responsibility for arranging and completing any refresher training requirements with direct managers.
- Provide Train the Trainer training courses for all those training on the shop floor.
- Advanced organisational skills and must be able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. (Essential)
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role. (Essential)
- Ability to work creatively, and independently, to find solutions and also work collaboratively with appropriate supervision. (Essential)
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting. (Essential)
- Extensive knowledge of L&D design theory and implementation. (Essential)
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). (Essential)
- Able to deliver training for levels 2 & 3 health & safety, food safety and HACCP as well as internal audit training or be able to work towards. (Essential)
- Train the Trainer (Desirable)
- Auditing (Desirable)
- HACCP Level 3 or equivalent (Desirable)
- Level 2 City
- Guilds to Training Skills (or willing to work towards). (Desirable)
- Experience from Lean manufacturing, food manufacturing will be an advantage. (Desirable)
