Sales/export Support Administrator

Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Sales Support person to join our client based in Darwen.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transport cycle.
- Processing orders, enquiries, and account activity on the internal ERP system.
- Issuing picking and packing paperwork to the warehouse.
- Produce relevant supporting Export documentation.
- Scheduling daily shipments, and booking transportation.
- Liaising with international and domestic freight forwarders and couriers, to obtain quotations and resolve escalations.
- Support communication between Operations, Sales, and Accounts departments.
- Providing support for technical issues and Customer complaints.
- Operate as a team, providing support and cover for colleagues within the Department.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Experience of working within a similar role within Export Sales.
- Good working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, able to work at pace under pressure when required.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Takes ownership and adopts a proactive response to problem-solving.
- Team player.
