Our Network Response Team have an opportunity for you to join as our new **Network Response Technical Support**.

The Network Response Team in Network Control are Severn Trent’s very own emergency services responding to water events to restore supplies back to normal for our customers as quickly as possible using specialist vehicles, equipment, and skills.

The core objective of this team is to maintain or restore our customers water supplies within 3 hours of an issue on our network, with a reliable consistent and versatile 24/7 service, driving innovations in the industry and inspiring customer trust.

This role is based in the office, however some travel across STW sites might be required, working Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Additionally, you’ll be processing invoices, managing 3rd party driver contract spend and reporting on spend and usage. You’ll also be the 2nd line assurance on the quality of the incident tracker use and report to relevant line managers.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

- Weekly office and general office duties, inventory audits on NRT stock and orders on office stationary.
- Take ownership of shifted staff hours and shifts are correctly built in SAP and shift planners.
- You’ll also oversee Fire risk and checks, PAT testing arrangements, cleaning contracts, Legionella checks, Service support and Vending contracts.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

We’re seeking our new Network Response Technical Support to have good analytical, facilitation and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand Management Information and solve problems on a daily basis.

You’ll also have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to set clearly defined goals, manage time effectively and identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks.

To be successful, you’ll have experience to work productively in a high-pressure environment with the ability to work to targets, organise and prioritise you own workload and have excellent communication skills.
