Management Trainee

**The Role**
Due to significant growth and future work, we’re seeking to recruit a Management Trainee based in Rushden, Northamptonshire. As a Management Trainee in Fortem, you will have a clear plan around your development and our established Management Trainee scheme has continually proven that developing our next generation of future leaders is imperative to our growth plans. Fortem is looking for the right people to join as future leaders to support our ambitious growth plans.
