Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective telemarketing
- Identify customer needs and provide information about products or services
- Schedule appointments or sales consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong sales skills and ability to persuade customers
- Experience with telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
