**The role**

At Camden, we're dedicated to realising the community vision outlined in our "We Make Camden" strategy. Our goal is to foster a healthier, more resilient community by supporting local sports clubs and community organisations in creating sustainable sport and physical activity opportunities right here in Camden.

As a part of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in expanding Camden’s network of high-quality local community providers promoting local collaboration. Your mission is to empower voluntary sector sports clubs and community organisations by providing them with specialist advice and guidance. With your support, they will strengthen their knowledge of physical activity, internal governance, marketing and fund-raising skills which will lead to continued development of high quality sport and physical activity opportunities for Camden residents. This will include using innovative support approaches like Camden Active Mark and Sport England Club Matters.

**About you**

You should have a strong knowledge and understanding of the voluntary community sport and physical activity sector. As well as proven experience in providing expert advice and guidance on organisation governance, fundraising, marketing, and communications to sports and physical activity providers. You’ll have a track record of successfully developing partnerships andy sustainable networks within the community. You’ll also have experience in creating and delivering sustainable physical activity programs that achieve measurable outcomes for target audiences.
