**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the company's internal communications discipline, including developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports the company's purpose, ambition, and strategy.
Develop employee engagement tools, platforms, and initiatives to embed purpose and ambition into the company culture.
Work with HR/I&D teams to integrate Inclusion and Diversity initiatives into ongoing employee communications to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Spot opportunities to proactively lead the internal communications element of major change management projects within the business.
Liaise with the rest of the Brand team to adapt the consumer-facing brand strategy for internal engagement.
Build and lead the Global Internal Communications network to ensure consistency of messaging, cross-fertilization of ideas and experience, and skills development.
Monitor internal brand/reputation sentiment and internal communications effectiveness and adjust strategy/plans as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Passionate about the product and the company.
Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to manage complexity and prioritise competing demands.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with different cultures and build cohesive networks.
Experience in developing an internal communications strategy that increases brand devotion.
Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
At least 10 years of experience in the communication industry
Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
Experience managing an internal communications function across geographies for a large organisation.
A full JD will be shared at interview stage
