**Chat Charm**:Live website chats will be your realm. You'll engage with enquirers and accurately record their details on our CRM system while weaving your conversational magic.

**Sherlock of the CRM**:Whenever a call or web enquiry comes your way, you'll dive into our computerized records, making sure no detail escapes your attention.

**Support Expert**:Guiding enquiries to the right teams and documents whilst following our referral protocols.

**Keeper of Secrets**:Confidentiality is your superpower. You'll handle data with the utmost care, always in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection.

**Qualifications and Training**:

- Good level of education (Essential)

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Calm, confident telephone manner (Essential)
- Excellent listening skills (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
- Computer literate and adaptable in using different software (Essential)

**Experience**:

- Good verbal skills (Essential)
- Previous call handling experience (Desirable)

**Personal Qualities**:

- Exercise integrity and discretion always (Essential)
- Demonstrate initiative to handle any unforeseen events during a shift (Desirable)
- Demonstrate flexibility towards new working practices.

**Full Training Provided**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
