An exciting role ideal for someone who is looking to develop their skills in multiple areas, this role will include all elements of support for our Franchise Partners including training and advising Franchise Partners across the estate as directed by your manager, the site opening programme and the business needs.

This opportunity has been created to ensure we provide enough support to sites, primarily in person. This role is multi-skilled, providing training, coaching and support to Franchise Partners across all strategic areas including increasing profit, customer experience, car wash methodology, marketing etc.

Working in a team, the role is regional although there may be some requirements for nationwide cover Most days will be spent on site and therefore regular overnight stays will be required between 2-3nights per week as per business needs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Site Openings**
- To assist the operations team with site handovers / site openings and support the Franchise Support Managers as directed
- Provide initial and ongoing training to all staff on site as directed by our method
- Meet Franchise Partners at the Academy prior to opening day
- Coach, train and support Franchise Partners to understand and utilise active / relevant site specific marketing opportunities including both online and in person
- Promote national campaigns / subscriptions and sign sites up e.g. GoWash, GilmoreGo etc.
- Ensure the site’s administration is effectively set up prior to opening to aid on going compliance
- Travel and diary management to be directed by Franchise Support Managers

**Ongoing Franchise Partner Support**
- Visit Franchise Partners as identified and required by the Franchise Support Managers and carry out additional / site specific training or follow ups in all aspects of the business including, customer experience, car wash methodology, marketing etc.
- Provide training and ongoing support in IT and our systems for Franchise Partners across the estate
- To support launch of new initiatives and to train Franchise Partners as required

**Package**:
**Location**:Position will be based in the field travelling across the UK 5 days a week, with occasional attendance at the Franchise Academy as directed by your line manager

**Holidays**: 22 days per year + statutory holidays. Holidays are to be booked in full for the year ahead in January of each year this is to support the extensive training programme and site opening delivery

**Notice period**: 6 weeks

**Starting salary**: _As agreed, use company van for opening sites._
