**Days / Hours: 5 Day Working Week
- 4 Days in the week
- 8:45- 17:30 / Every Saturday
- 9:00- 15:00**

They pride themselves in offering the verybest customer service. Your main job role is to conduct all the viewings on properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join an excellent property business with no property experience needed as full training is provided. You could be at the beginning ofyour career and want to get your foot in the door in the property industry. Or you could have had a career in a different industry and always had a keen interest in the property market The client is open to people from all backgrounds

**Job Role**:

- Conduct viewings in a timely, professional manner
- Meet and greet prospective buyers/ tenants at the property
- Have good knowledge about the property, surrounding area & amenities
- Represent the business in a positive manner
- Be informative about the properties

**The Individual will**:

- Have a Full Driving licence
- Be a bright, bubbly, hard-working individual
- Enjoy dealing with the public
- Keen and eager to work well with Tenants, Landlords, Buyers & Sellers
- Have excellent time management skills
