The Flavour Trailer is recognised as Northamptonshire's favourite burger, our food is so good we have won multiple awards for it. We take pride in every detail from picking the very best ingredients all the way through to our customer service.

Our mobile catering units serve delicious food in both Northamptonshire and Leicestershire seven days a week. We are looking for a team leader who can effectively run a small team, serve delicious food, maintain company standards, and keep our customers happy across the county. The service is very fast-paced and attention to detail is everything to us. We have very high standards and understanding of management or team leading is essential.

Duties:

- Safely and efficiently transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Assist with warehouse management tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and stock management

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Commercial Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Towing experience would be preferred.
