**Location**: Ashford

**Hours**: Rotational Shift Pattern (6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm/ 10pm-6am)

**Salary**:£14.35 per hour + 20% shift allowance

**About the business**:
Would you like to work as a Gluer Machine Operator for a company that design and manufacture high quality, bespoke printed cartons, this is the time. My client specialises within bespoke print and packaging solutions. They offer full in-house support across innovative structural design and state of the art reprographics.

**Main Responsibilities of a Gluer Machine Minder**:

- Producing finished cartons of various complexity, styles, and materials across a range of equipment, both efficiently and to a high degree of quality
- General machine maintenance
- Advising Team Leader(s) of any consumable stock requirements
- Ensuring machine crew are aware of their duties and are monitored accordingly.

- Being able to work well within both a team and in small partnerships.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under strict timescales.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to share knowledge and skills with other members of the team.
- Confident and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop through continuous training.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience of working within the packaging sector.
- Organised, methodical and logical approach to work.
- Able to show a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
