The Role
Superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Family Law department, it is now seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary/PA to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.
The successful Family Law Legal Secretary/PA will be supporting the Managing Partner with duties including audio typing, managing client documentation, preparing client invoices, managing a busy work diary, arranging appointments and other ad hoc administrationtasks.

- Legal Secretary/PA with previous Family Law experience/knowledge.
- Ideally possess previous experience supporting at Managing Partner level.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a busy caseload.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
