An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stop Smoking Advisor to join the Help Me Quit for Hospital service in CTMUHB.

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will become member of our HMQ integrated smoking cessation team.

The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of a caseload of service users who are actively wanting to undertake a quit attempt, and will take responsibility for ensuring assessment, formulation, planning, and delivery of behavioural support and pharmacotherapy advice for patients and staff within the hospital setting.

The post holder will be responsible for the accurate recording of client information and ensure timely input into the bespoke smoking cessation database.

The post holder will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and will remain professionally accountable for the services they deliver.
