**Shift Patterns**:Flexible but max for each post 37.5hrs per week over a 7-day period between the hours of 8am and 8pm

**What you can add**:

- Provide evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy assessment and treatment to children, young people (CYP) and their families who have complex mental health difficulties.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and within the overall framework of the Trust policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support designated staff including CBT Practitioners and trainees, as well as other members of the MDT where appropriate.
- Be part of the RISE multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist interventions and provide expert clinical advice in MDT discussion.

**What you’ll need**:

- The post involves travelling across Coventry and Warwickshire to meetings as required, so must be a car driver.
- Specialist knowledge of the range of young people’s mental health problems and mental health services including risk assessment and management.
