Protection Advisor
Remote // Surrey
£25,000 - £36,000 + OTE £60K+
Monday to Friday (No weekends)

**Want to be able to work remotely, whilst still being heavily involved in team meetings and work events?**

Consegna Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leading Protection / Life Insurance Brokerage, who are part of one of the largest Wealth Management networks in the UK. They have a real focus on the customer journey and therefore ensure all theiradvisors offer the right cover, not just the cheapest that will result in a quick turnaround.

As a Protection Advisor you would be:

- Provided with pre-qualified leads
- Given access to a near enough whole of market insurance panel
- Able to work fully remotely or hybrid if close enough to the Surrey based offices
- Given the opportunity to sit your R05 exams, which would open up internal opportunities with added responsibilities and salaries.

The financial package for a Protection Advisor:

- £25k - £36K depending on experience (R05 qualified advisors tend to get a higher starting salary)
- £60K+ OTE
- Commission paid monthly
- Pension and Life Insurance/Death in Service policy

Requirements to be considered for the Protection Advisor role:

- Prior experience within the Protection / Life Insurance industry is a necessity
- A successful track record of sales figures / conversion rates
- A strong and clear telephone manner as well as excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work shift patterns between the hours of 9am and 7pm
