An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Industrial Cleaner to join a thriving premier commercial cleaning company based in Great Barr, Birmingham. This is a permanent position.

As a Senior Industrial Cleaner your duties will be:

- Completing and overseeing construction cleans, industrial cleaning and a range of window cleaning throughout the Midlands and occasionally across the country
- Working with and supervising a team of cleaners
- Working with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns
- Training and developing staff, providing equipment training
- Ensuring cleaning is carried out to the highest standards and checking work has been completed to a satisfactory level
- Quoting on jobs as and when required
- Managing equipment, materials, and stock levels

As a Senior Industrial Cleaner, you will have:

- Experience with industrial/builders cleans and commercial window cleaning
- Attention to detail and high standards of work
- A full UK driving license is required
- IPAF and PASMA certificates are desirable

This is a **‘hands on’ **position that includes some team leader duties.

You will be working Monday to Friday with early morning starts, although flexibility will be required with working hours.

Benefits include 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays as well as an excellent monthly bonus scheme, a company pension scheme, free car parking, overtime payments on evenings and expenses paid for travel time, where applicable.

You will be undertaking projects throughout the Midlands and occasionally the UK, although the headquarters are in Great Barr, Birmingham.
