**To Me To You Support Ltd is THE highest Google reviewed/rated care agency in the North West **, since early 2017 we have supplied key workers (Care Assistant's, Support Workers and nurses) on an 'agency' basis to homes across Lancashire and Greater Manchester

We are a family run company and we have 2 branches (so far), one in Burnley high street, Lancashire and one in Manchester City centre and we employ over 120 key workers

**WHAT IS THE JOB?**

some of your duties as a Junior Recruitment consultant would be -:

- telephone interviewing applicant
- face to face meetings with new recruits
- Assisting the admin team to process staff DBS checks & referencing
- Working closely with the the two team leaders assisting them fill staffing rotas & handle staffing issues/account management
- Obtaining sales leads by networking with new agency staff we take on, making sales calls to build on your existing account and therefore organising and conducting new client meetings
- heavily using Microsoft Office 365 programs like outlook, word, excel
- working in a fast paced but fun office where there is always something else to do

GOOD here is what we need-: an experienced and organised person with ideally several years office experience in customer service or sales, you must be IT proficient as we use a multiple monitor setup (makes your like easier) and using Microsoft Office and cloud based company CRM's heavily on a daily basis, you must be outgoing and personable and friendly both on the phone and when visitors come in to register

**Oh and be up for having some light hearted laughter in the office its a busy job so we regularly have paid nights out, paid lunches, company gifts to staff etc**

**We have a fancy free bean-to-cup coffee machine for you to use and a fridge that is always stocked with free drinks, along with casual but presentable dress and the odd "friday afternoon beer"**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
