Job Title**:Foundry Operative**

**1. Position in Organisation**
- Reports to the General Manager
- Deployed in the area of production most suitable to skill or experience
- Re-deployment to other areas of the business as required to meet the needs of the business

**2. Roles and Responsibilities**
- Health & Safety - Take care of oneself and others by following the company Health & Safety guidelines
- Quality - Follow the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) to help obtain the highest quality first time
- On-Time - Follow agreed schedules and instructions to maintain consistent delivery performance
- Training - Train other members of staff as required
- Flexibility - Work in other areas of the business as required
- Complying with the guidelines detailed in the company handbook
- Complying with the work pattern required by the company and to agree to work additional hours as required
- Assist with ongoing development of processes and procedures
- Work as detailed in the statement of terms and conditions of employment

**3. Deployment**
- Primarily you will deployed in the Moulding department to assist with all aspects of mould and core manufacture

**Salary**: £22,576.00-£23,889.00 per year
