**Role overview**:
The Graphic Designer will oversee the production of all content created within the marketing department for the Moen Branding Team. From capturing accurate creative briefs to ensuring delivery of finalised assets on time and within budget, the role controls the entire content production process.

As an advocate of and ambassador for Motion & Energy’s brand and visual identity, the Graphic Designer upholds the principles and ethos of the brand, ensuring all content created meets the required standards.

This position reports directly to the Global Marketing Communications Manager and is situated within the Global Marketing headquarters in Newtown.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- The Graphic Designer will work with a team of internal content creators, including copywriting, photography, and video
- Required to Manage time and resources to ensure efficient delivery of required assets.
- You will be responsible for facilitating the production of all marketing content including, but not limited to, graphical assets (e.g. posters, flyers, adverts, photography), text/copy assets (e.g. case studies, brochures, web copy, white papers, press articles) and digital assets (e.g. social media content, video, apps).
- You will act as a Brand Champion, policing and upholding the design guidelines globally
- To be successful in this role you will follow a brief and distribute content creation tasks and projects to in-house and external content libraries
- To manage a pipeline of content activity, ensuring deadlines are met and projects operate within budget
- Responsible for creating and managing ongoing studio operational processes
- Required to focus on project management, including taking briefs, and keeping stakeholders up to date with the progress of projects
- To be successful in this role you will manage your daily, and weekly workloads across the studio, allocating the correct resource to the task, prioritising accuracy, and maintaining high standards across all content.

**Travel Requirements**:
Travel may be necessary for meeting/training requirements, site support and regional development

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in graphic design
- Relevant experience in a graphic design role.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC and other production systems
- GCSE or equivalent English or Math, Grade C or above
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven experience in content creation and delivery
- Excellent communication and English language skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the Company.
