**Role Information**

**DUTIES**
- Lead AR team, 1-2-1’s, objective setting, performance reviews
- Developing and implementing AR process’ for new revenue streams
- Supporting the team with any queries; transactional or customer.
- Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
- Responding to client queries
- Maintain customer relations
- Reconciling accounts
- Providing administrative support to finance team
- Reviewing debtors through out the month and month end, highlighing any high risk customers.
- Providing team with direction for bad debt.
- Reducing debtors’ ‘Days Sales Outstanding’
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure cash is collected and warn them of potential credit risk
- Allocating cash book receipts

- Experience leading AR team.
- At least 5 years credit control experience
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persistence and determination
- Ability to work well in a team
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
